(1) undertake a policy study on comprehensively administering the county's major problems, and coordinate the relevant parties to put forward a comprehensive and long-term plan for governing the county in accordance with the law, and be responsible for the deployment and implementation of the relevant work.
(two) implementing the principles and policies of the state, provincial and municipal judicial administration work, drawing up the medium and long term planning and annual work points of the county's judicial administration work, and supervising and implementing them.
(three) responsible for formulating the rule of law publicity and education in the county and popularizing the general knowledge of law, organizing and implementing the county's rule of law and the rule of law.
(four) to be responsible for the annual registration of counsel, grassroots legal services and notarial institutions in the county, and guide and supervise the work of lawyers, notaries and legal advisers in the county.
(five) guide and manage legal aid work and supervise the use of legal aid funds.
(six) guide and manage the county judicial assistants, legal workers, grass-roots legal services and people's mediation work.
(seven) to guide and manage the work of helping and teaching the released prisoners and the teachers in the county.
(eight) guide management, organize and implement community corrections in the whole county.
(nine) to participate in the comprehensive administration of social security in the whole county.
(ten) responsible for the construction and ideological and political work of the county's judicial administration system.
(eleven) to guide the selection and management of people's assessors.
(twelve) responsible for the planning, coordination, supervision, management and service of the legal work of the county government, and guide and supervise the various departments of the county government and the people's governments of various towns according to law.
(thirteen) responsible for drafting, auditing, explaining, cleaning and reporting the normative documents of the county government.
(fourteen) responsible for guiding and handling administrative reconsideration cases and administrative complaints of county governments.
(fifteen) accomplish other tasks assigned by the county Party committee and the county government.
